Blocked Books and Canceled Preorders, Oh My!

I'm cross-posting this in a few places so you may see it multiple times. I apologize in advance!

Having said that, for the SECOND time in a year, I received the dreaded email from Amazon saying that they removed Falling for the Enemy, as well as Falling for the Broken's preorder, from the Kindle store.

First, it was the model covers. Now, it's the discreet covers that I'm using as the main covers.

*cue my internal screaming*

As they've done to many other authors' books, they have removed FFTE and canceled FFTB's pre-order altogether, blocking them from sale/pre-order, b/c they 'aren't sure' I have the right to use the images on the cover.

I've already sent them all of the info they requested proving that I do, but it's going to take some time to straighten out.

Nothing with Amazon is ever fast.

This has been happening to quite a few authors lately & I'm sure I'm in for a fight to get the almighty 'Zon to re-list both books. But last time I prevailed & this time I will too.

I swear, y'all, as if release month isn't already stressful enough. 🥴 Which, speaking of, this should NOT mess with Falling for the Broken's release.

As it's almost four weeks out, Amazon should fix their mistake by then (God-willing) and everything will be a-okay. I'll just have to do a live release versus letting the now-canceled preorder do its thing.

Needless to say, I. Am. Stressed!
